Why did you want to come to Canada? How long was visit? What ties did you show that you will return? Where are you from? How much cash did you show?
I want to visit my younger brother, niece and sister in law. Visit duration i mentioned 14 days. I have strong Ties in my country like property, good job, and my mother is dependent on me . From pakistan. Around $20k .
If single, you have no family ties. Your mother is not a tie. Does she need 24/7 care? Show property contracts with leases with tenants. Did you show job with approved leave and letter outlining your years of service? If you are single it is very difficult to get a permit as you need to show absolute ties to return. If you have strong travel history to the US, UK, NZ or AUS then highlight that.
Did brother provide letter of inviation? If it said anything about supporting your visit then new letter should included detailed itinerary but that you can afford your own visit. How did they become citizens?
His finances/returns are not relevant. Job letter with approved leave is your only tie to return. Again if single it is very hard to be approved. Reapply if you can strengthen what you originally submitted - tenant agreements for your property, business etc. Mother is not a tie to return.
