I' ve got a job offer last August 2012 in canada which the process of visa goes well with all the payments and documents but I didnt complite the last payement of refundable deposit BTA which will be given to me at the canadian airport ,my question is can i still continue the visa process even after the cancellation of the job offer letter and the visa documents withdrawal from the canadian ambassy ?and can i refund all my visa payments back ?because for the past 2 month after cancellation no one has contact me ?
