I applied for student visa on 28/06/18 and got refusal letter on 17/7/18. I have already corrected all the errors. Is it advisable to reapply immediately after the corrections? Because my intake is October 16th and the processing time in my country is 9weeks.

What was the refusal for?

I am refusing your application on the following grounds:

1) I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1)of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

2) I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1)of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

3) I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1)of
the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that situation meets the requirements. All new application must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

Can someone please explain the second reason to me. What could be the problem?

The second reason may be course related. What course have you went for? What is your working experience? How have you corrected the other two issues like family ties and finances?
