Apply for jobs on Canadian job sites (beware of scams) and get a job offer. Then employer pays $1k and files LMIA showing no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA you apply for closed work permit. Process is long.

LinkedIn, jobbank, indeed. Just google search “Canadian job sites” You will get few responses since you dont have work authorization.

Correct. It is best to look at immigration programs based on your age, education, language and work experience. Few employers go through the LMIA process. If you are a driver then you aren’t licensed to drive in Canada.
