Becoming a physician as a foreign trained physician is very difficult. What kind of physician are you? You will need to do your licensing exams and repeat your residency. That will take 3-8 years if everything goes perfectly but it usually takes longer. After Canadian students get their residency spots there aren't enough spots for the foreign trained doctors. In some specialties there are no open residencies left for foreign trained medical students. Your chances of practicing medicine would be much better in somewhere like Spain. Are you fluent in English? If not that will be a huge obstacle. You should consider Spanish speaking countries. If you are fluent in English Canada is not the best place to immigrate as a foreign trained physician. The UK, Australia, NZ and even the US would likely be easier.
