HI.

I am a probably the unluckiest permanent resident living in Canada. I missed the examination for citizenship twice. The first time, I was out of Canada and my permanent resident card was stolen in Brussels. I had to go through hell to get back to Canada. That's how I missed the first invitation. I managed to get back back to Canada. They invited me for another exam. My son took the letter and forgot to give it to me. That's how I missed the second one.
What can I do? Who has a similar case? How was it solved?

You should post this in the citizenship section of the forum.

However your application has most likely been refused and closed since you failed to attend two exams and you'll have to apply again from scratch.
