I messed up my education history ! what to do please help

I had bachelor of pharmacy from india. I am registered with PEBC (Pharmacy examining board of Canada) and my educational documents were evaluated in 2015. however i requested ECA after ITA. i answered have you awarded canadian degree for this : yes. what to do? please help. do i need to explain it into loe ?

Did you complete any study course from Canada?? By that, I meant, Did you study any course while you were physically present in Canada? If Yes, then you should be good.

If NO, then you need to decline that ITA and update your express entry profile mentioning:: Have you awarded canadian degree for this : NO

I studied diploma from Canada and bachelor from India. But when I got my document evaluated for bachelor degree in 2015. I received a letter from PEBC that I can show it to immigration authorities as proof of my document evaluation. Any suggestion
