I made a dumb mistake on my Study Permit application and I am just realizing it now

On my study permit application I made a dumb mistake and now I am just realizing it - at the part on the bottom that states "have you previously applied to remain or enter Canada?" I did click yes, but I didn't provide details below (I am renewing my permit and I had a TRV). What can I do to fix that?

I was looking through the PGWP app and my uni stated in the instructions "list all Canadian visas you have revived" and I realized I didn't. I applied almost a month ago. My permit expires on the 10th of December.
