I M ACMA as well as doing CIMA can i apply under NOC 0111 OR cap has been finish

Hi all senior members,
I need advise from all of our Accountant and finance community who is planning to immigrate canada.
I am ACMA as well as doing CIMA which is in final stage, I want to apply my case as an Accountant/Finance Manager/Auditor under NOC0 111 Financial managers,or this cap NOC 0111 has been finished and not accepting federal skilled worker application.
Can any body advise me which case is suitable for me to file application as federal skilled worker to get chance to my application will be accepted for processing.
