hi @scylla thank you for your reply! I've been told that any PR application where the primary applicant lives abroad, he/she can't apply because of the pandemic. Can you provide a link/source please? Thank you very much

If you don't see anything announced, then nothing has changed as a result of COVID-19.

Thank you for your message. I didn't see any word in that link that the primary applicant must be residing in Canada. but I remember that I saw such sentence couple of week ago, do you have a clue if such thing is true? Thanks
