I heard you can't write on already verified/barcoded pages but...?

What about writing n/a on them? Is it allowed? Would it mess up the barcodes. I completed all my forms, got them barcoded, signed etc. However on 0008 Generic App to Canada question 3 Under Personal details. It asks for UCI. It doesn't let you write n/a there when filling it out on computer and it didn't grey it out,, it was white. So shall I fill it in with pen or leave blank. I keep seeing totally different things to do. Just don't want to mess up the barcodes.

So you have no uci right? If so.. No need to write n/a. They will know if its left blank its because you dont have one.
