I heard, that reentry for Twp is not allowed for food industry.

Is that so.

Any one know about it.

I don't know if that's true but it sounds plausible. Don't leave the country under any circumstances while this moratorium is in effect.

How it's possible if you have valid visa

Well, I once had a study permit for Canada and it says that it does not guarantee re-entry. I'm assuming that temporary work permits are the same.

Any valid permit does not guarantee re-entry. A valid multiple-entry visa does.
What TS and others are clarifying is if a TFW who still holds a valid multiple-entry visa and took a holiday if he still can re-enter Canada with the moratorium still takes effect.

I am really pissed off.

Such a tough life.

I am not either clear of all these thing.

Maybe you can contact Employment and Social Development Canada at this number 1 (819) 994-5559 and update the readers here. Best of luck.

Yes most likely you will be refused entry. As someone stated below you have in your WP sentence: "This does not authorize re-entry." and since that moratorium is around VOs just kick everyone back. My advice is unless you didn't applied for PR don't go anywhere.

Come on guys - that statement only means "you cannot claim a right to re enter Canada" (as opposed to any Permanent resident or citizen). It always existed on any one's study or work permit irrespective of nature of their stay. As long as you have a valid VISA stamped on passport (the work or study permit is NOT a visa) and all other things you have are in order, you shouldn't have any problem.

CIC's FAQ on moratorium clearly states it does NOT affect existing work permit holders or even those who haven't landed but whose permits were approved.

Though there is always a slight chance that one could be refused entry (some criminal issue, some other suspicion), but i really don't see any grounds in writing to prevent it in the way stated above. You can bring all docs along to be extra cautious and just ask the CBSA to double check their info if they show reluctance.

All those who are suggesting re-entry might be denied, may i please ask for a source / grounds of info, specially since CIC wrote on website clearly that existing ones are unaffected.

Individual cases of some one being returned won't be of much value unless we know for sure that they were REFUSED FOR THIS REASON. They might be short on valid documents. Just my thoughts.

many many many thanks this reply is very clear

work permit is not for re entry
visa is for re entry

so if u have valid visa why not re entry

if u r in work permit you have rights to go to holiday bcz u have multi visa

also u r already in canada your work permit is approved via food industry LMO so u r fine

those still didnt get wp visa they r in problem

I got my brother marriage in India. How can I avoid that.

More over Canada Immigration has lot of limitations right now is awful.

:(
