I HAVE WORK PERMIT BUT I REJECTED 3 TIMES FOR TRV, I CANNOT LEAVE CANADA

Hi, I have a work permit until 2025 December, my visa got expired and I applied TRV as a holding work permit, but I got my third rejection today. Today's letter says,'' you need to leave the Canada and apply new TRV from outside of Canada because according to our record, you don't have a status in Canada."
I have status in Canada, work permit valid until 2025 December. I have friends that got their TRV in same way. Why I'm facing this situation 3rd times? I'm so confused and sad!

What kind of work permit are you on? PGWP?

I already call them today. He only said I’m so sorry but I cannot do anything you can apply again. So it’s so funny they are not letting me go back to my country and visit my family.

I was thinking talk with a lawyer but the prices are so expensive. I have been dealing with this situation for months, they reject me every time. I write letters, I write to the MPs, they make me feel victimized, but no one helps me, I have collapsed mentally.

Of course. they can't help you on the phone, but you can check your status and work permit to make sure.

I'm sorry for your situation.

I'm not sure we can be of any further help without more details.
 
To make sure my work permit valid? I’ll do that but I’m working, I’m paying my taxes and there is no reason that my work permit is not valid
