i have super visa for 5 years can i study in canada?

hi all
i already have super visa (Parent and grandparent super visa) for 5 years (till 2018 ),i contacted a university in Quebec and i got approval,they asked me to apply for Certificate of Acceptation of Quebec,also i applied and got approval and they send copy to immigration office in my country,now my question is:
do i need to apply for a new study visa and fill application again,or i must inform cic about change in my situation,isn't super visa is better than study visa and i just need Certificate of Acceptation of Quebec

Yes - you need to apply for a study permit if you want to be able to study in Canada. You cannot study on a super visa - all you can do is visit.
