I have submitted imm5406, imm5669 with some missing fields, such as personal history.. Can i send another updated form through web form ?

My Pr (CEC) is in the last final stage. Due to the dependent overseas, it's pending. However, my question is, I have submitted imm5406, imm5669 with some missing fields, such as personal history for spouse. Can I send another updated form through web form.? Thanks
