Hello,
I have a situation that I need some clarity on. I am in the process of applying my PR through Express Entry via MPNP. I had applied for my MPNP in November and I received my Letter of Approval in the first week of February but my express profile was not linked to my MPNP and a wrong NOC code was published in the PNP. I reached out to MPNP and they asked me to send an email and they will respond in 10 business days. it has now been 3 weeks and there has been no response from MPNP on this. I have called them every single day in between and all they have to say is that we cannot help you on call, you must wait patiently for a reply via email. To an extent, a representative also said that calling and making us escalate the situation could also result in delay in response.
( that statement from the REP made no sense to me, how can escalation delay the reply further? isn't it supposed to accelerate? otherwise what's the point!!!)
As I am waiting for the issue to be fixed, I have received another, better job opportunity that I would like to consider. The new job is better than my current job and it is also a field job as well as an upgrade from my current job. My current job as a loan officer is a TEER 3 and the new job as a banking advisor is a TEER 1 job. My question here is that, can I change my job in this situation?
kind regards.
