I have received my COPR letter but the dates are confusing

Hi have just received my COPR letter and confirmation today, yah, 27th November but the accompanying letter says that I have to enter on or before the 18th of November. Does anyone have any advice on this matter?

Yes, it is. My medical expired on18th. Last week I was asked for my travel details since 18th november 2014. What advise can you do you have?
