i need help , i'm applying as a skilled worker 0213 IT Project Manager:

• i've submitted my application last year through a representative, they told me that i got the file # but they didn't give it to me since OCT2010, is there any way i can know my file #?
• is it possible to submit a new application? is there a time i should wait if i couldn't recover my file #? :-\
• is my occupation is still considered to be a skilled worker in Canadian immigration?

1) I'm confused about the dates. You say last year but also mention October 2010.
2) You can't have two applications in progress at the same time. You would need to withdraw one first.
3) Assuming you are asking about the FSW/Express Entry program, all NOC A, B and 0 occupations qualify. There is no occupation list.
