I have got PCC after file number . where and when i should send it ?

Hi Friends,

I have got my pcc yesterday and i have already submitted my application to Ottawa office and got my file number . I have couple of questions ?
1)Where to send the PCC to ottawa or sydney ?
2)Sending the pcc voluntarily at this stage wont be a problem for the immigration ?
3) What should i include in the package along with PCC in the application ? a cover letter ?

Please help !

It is better to send PCC as soon as you receive it, and of course when you have a file number. You have to send it to Ottawa. You can attach a cover letter saying that you received PCC after you sent the original application and you would want to send it to CIC now voluntarily as you can not wait until CIC requests it as PCC is valid for 3 months since it is dated. I did the same thing and now I am at the final step i.e. about to get the visa stamped.
