i have done certification course from IGNOU in french and Dip in IFRS from Acca will i get CRS pnt

Hi all,
i have done a certification course from IGNOU from government university india and also done Dip in IFRS from Acca , please advise will i get CRS score for these two courses( Canada immegration)

Do we need to send each document for EWS or just the highest degree.

Please respond it will be a great help.
