If for some reason if I resign in my current job then?

1a) Is my spouse's Open WP still valid till its expiry?
1b) If yes, can she keep working or switch jobs?

2a) Will my kid's study permit be valid?
2b) Can they keep studying in public school?

3a) Can I stay back in Canada?
3b) If yes, how long they can render my working permit visa?
3c) Is my PR application or my my wife application for PR will get affected?

When did you start this job? There is good faith involved and the intention to work when you applied for your WP and for your families permits. For example if you arrive in Canada and soon after quit your job while your wife works and your children attend school there could be concerns about whether you misrepresented your plans during your WP application and your family’s permit applications and ever intended to work in Canada for the duration of your WP. It is fairly rare for people to quit their job on a WP. If they leave their job it is typically due to a layoff or sadly cases of abuse by employer. In cases of abuse most apply for OWP based on the abuse and start working for another employer soon after.
