I have been trying to upload Form Imm 5257 but it's not uploading. Helpppp!!!

I keep trying to upload imm5257 but it keeps giving me this error:

I have checked the form and it says it year 2023 at the bottom of the pages so its the latest form. I downloaded it from the list of documents in my account. I have tried different browsers, different laptops. I have downloaded the form multiple times and refilled it. I have tried to save it as pdf and then upload it.

Nothing is working! Please help!! I am running short of time to apply for visa to attend a conference!
