Today I heard from the CIC that my request to sponsor my parents has been approved and I must submit the PR application by the end of July (60 days). My parents just got their Super-visa as well and planing to visit Canada soon. My questions are.
1. Should I wait until they arrive in Canada to submit an-inland application or submit an Outland PR application before they arrive?
2. Can I apply for work permit for my parents with the PR application
3. I heard that PR applicants can get provincial health care after 3 months of living in Canada. So do they need to keep their super visa insurance which cost $3000 also valid for a year, or just get a 4 month insurance which is less than $500 bucks and pay in for the provincial plan after 3 months.
