If you don’t have a work permit, citizenship or PR then your chances are so low unless you are highly skilled. Look at immigration programs like Express Entry or look at studying in Canada. Working in Canada doesn’t mean that you will get to live in Canada permanently. You still need to get PR through immigration programs.
How what? Immigration is based on your age, skills, education, language and funds. Google - Express Entry Canada - and do some research. If you want to study, determine what degree/diploma will expand your current education and career, and the search for Canadian schools that match it.
