I came on visit visa in Canada and I applied for work permit in canada, under change of status request through one lawyer, what if my request is refused, which options I will have?

yes, I do have and I already have submitted request for work permit, my question is if my work permit requested that I have submitted to change status is refused then what options I will be legalize in Canada
You have to wait til your work permit it approved. You can keep your visitor visa with work permit together. No need to request change of anything.
