I've just discovered that when I sent my initial application to CIO,I wrote the work experience starting from 2006\08 to......
but now when I am preparing my work experience letter I discovered that it's from 3\09\2006 to....
Will that make a problem for my application????? plz guide me to the solution.....plzzz I need an urgent help

I presume it doesn't change your points situation with the changes.
When you apply to visa office later, re-do your application with the correct information.
When you submit, also write a cover letter pointing to any changes.
that is what i would do.
