I got married in Quebec about 3 months a go and i would like to sponsor my wife. As far as i know I need to send the documents first to CIC Feederal in order to get the approval for herCSQ. My question is which documents do i need to send to Missusauga for the initial approval? Do I have to pay the $1040 first and send all documents and then pay the CSQ fee after? I read the guidelines and I got confused a little bit. When I called th Quebec immigration the call center could not answer this question for me
I already have an account with the CIC online since i got my PR through express entry. WIll they merge my new application directly or I should follow certain spteps after I get the approval from Missusauga.
When we went to a lawyer for advice he mentioned about we should provide 20 wedding pictures, letters from freinds and relatives, joint bank accounts, shared rental aggreements. However, we have not seen these requirements on the forms and the guides. Is it something to do with Quebec application?
Lastly, I am only sonsoring her, no kids, no relatives. The guide says as long as I am not taking any social assistance I am elegible to sponsor, but some part of the guide says it is better to show money and income. My new job starts in a couple weeks and part time for now. Should i wait before we complete the application or apply asap?
