I *HAVE* a job - why did the email ask me to register on job bank??

Is this because i do not have an LMIA?
I have a perm job (I signed a permanent contact with this company in Feb 2014)

Although you have permanent job offer, it has to be LMIA approved. That is the reason it is asking you to register in job bank.

hey even you have job offer but still you need to register to job to be eligible in the pool don't worry that gereral messag for all candidats
