I have a JOB offer from Canada. But don't know how do i start. HELP...!!!

Hello,
I'm an Indian Boy. My age is 21+ and pursuing my B.Com.
I have a person wants to offer me a job in Canada > Alberta > Pincher Creek.
That's my trusted and very nice friend. But i don't know how to start, how can i approach the opportunity and grab the offer.
I have no idea about documentation and formalities. If some one can help me to that i'll appreciate.

What i need to do in order to grab it perfectly. Please HELP ME ...!

Your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA first. Once your employer in Canada has an approved LMIA, you can then apply for a work permit.

Does the employer have an approved LMIA?
