I have a CRS score of 423, and my ielts score is 8.0, what can I do next?

Hi all,
I am 40yrs, have a masters degree; IELTS score is LRWS= 9, 9, 7 & 7.5: Overall band score=8.0
My wife has BSc and same age wiith me, so I am the principal applicant. My first degree is Electrical Engineering.
What next can I do to be invited to apply?

Study french and get evaluated as having dual language proficiency or get an international job offer! (The latter is more of a guarantee)

Have you added wife's IELTS and your work experience points? If yes, then a job offer seems to be the only fix as 426 CRS seems low going by current cut off.
