I HAVE 8 YEAR VISITER VISA ! I HAVE MY WIFE THERE ON STUDENT VISA SINCE 1+ YEAR

Hey Guys,

Please clear my some confusion about related work permit, questions are as following

1) if i want to apply for work permit from outside Canada on my wife's spousal sponsorship, will it be possible from outland process? if YES, the what is the procedure ?

2) for OWP there is only inland Process available ?

3) if i visit Canada on my visitor visa, will it be possible to apply for OWP inside Canada as my visa on spousal sponsorship?

4) which category type mention on my passport if i get approval on spousal sponsorship (Like V-1, S-1, W-1 etc )

Please provide me the answer

If your wife is on student visa, then post your question to the International Student section of this forum.

Your case does not belong in Family Sponsorship since nobody is a PR or citizen.
