It is so frustrating.

The more I try to arrange my documents quickly (in order to send in my PR application asap) the more delays I encounter.

My PCCs for India, America and France would be taking a good 4- 6 weeks. So I am looking at a good one month from now.

But, at the least, when the papers go in they will be going in 100% complete.

You cant get best of both the worlds...if you dont want to wait for one more month for your PCC, you can send your app now and attach the PCC later once you receive your AOR.

Jake if everything else is ready, application can go without PCC.
PCC can be sent later once you receive your AOR.

Agree with pmpm and yahoo. You are good to go - sending pcc after aor will not negatively impact your application b
