I had a job offer from a British company to work from home.

The job offer is for three years full time (40 hours) and they don't care where I do the work. It is software development job.

Can I use it as a job offer to immigrate to Canada?

Thanks

You can't claim points for having a job offer, if that's what you're asking.

Thanks for your reply.

Is there anyway to improve my chance via this job (e.g. self-employed immigration)?

This job is not a Canadian company and does not have a LMIA attached. In most cases, the only way you're going to get points for a job offer is if it is a Canadian employer willing to give you a LMIA http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=695&top=29

For jobs that could give you points without a LMIA, read here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/exempt.asp

Thanks. Any idea about self-employed immigration in Quebec? I've read that if I have $100,000 I can target self-employment with any job offer. Is that correct?
