I had 2 refusal few years ago both re study application,reason for refusal is insufficient funds from my sponsorer(my mother)I’m still interested in studying in Canada,what is my chance nw of getting the visa?im 35 nw.thanks

That alone should not affect your chances, remember to mention both refusals in application form.

Work on the reasons why you were refused. There should be a change on these, so that it will not be the same reasons for another refusal.
