So, luckily I got my invitation from the last round. I just have to get some documents ready. But I have some confusion about the JOB letter from my current and past employers. My questions are as follows:
1: - OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT:-- Does my employer have to write the Job offer letter considering me as a current employee or as a future employee?
My understanding: My employer has to specify me as a current employee including my work history with them including my change my positions within my department and my pay raise.
2: - EMPLOYMENT RECORD:-- A: - Does this includes all the pay stubs and T4s and Letter of explanation?
B: - What should I do if I don't have pay stubs from the work experience I acquired from India considering there were no such thing as pay stubs(only cash)?
i: -Will a Job letter on a Company's Head letter will work if they include their official seal(the one from India)?
