My mother filed permanent residence application based on Humanitarian and Compassionate application back in 2012. She included me as her dependent. While the application was pending I got married. Recently we got approval from CIC for permanent residence application based on Humanitarian and Compassionate ground. We were requested for medical exam and pay permanent residence fee. When should I inform CIC about my marriage? I know dependents are eligible f they are unmarried but I got married after my mother's application was filed. Any advise will be highly appreciated. Thank you very much.

You MUST inform IRCC immediately. You may no longer be eligible and will be committing immigration fraud if you attempt to land as a single person. You may also put you mothers application at risk as well because she will be committing misrepresentation by not reporting the status change.
