I got a Scholarship from an International organization that covers all my expens

Hi Guys,

I'm a Tunisian Student who got an international Scholarship that covers all my expenses and tuition fee, i just have a couple of question please guys if you could help me that would be great :

1st : does having a scholar ship that covers all my study years expenses and tuition fees, exempt me from proving (showing a bank statement) my bank funds ??
2nd: if no how much do i have to secure on my bank account in addition to the letter of the scholarship (for a three years program)?
3rd: how much does it take usually to process a visa application (in Tunisia )?
4th: is there any thing else that i have to be aware of ?
