I got a Letter from CHC as confirmation of full docs

Hi,
what I got from CHC colombo was a letter confirming the receipt of my docs with a new file number.
The eCase reads as - Received by visa office'.

The letter says, since there's a lot of applications in this category, the processing may get delayed.

I hear people talking of a second AOR in the form of an e-mail. But I did not get any e-mail.

Did you guys get both an email and a letter from CHC.

I think these days CIC only send post mail. I have also got the same letter of 2nd AOR few days back. The confirmation of my full docs. My status is also received by VO.
