I live in Bulgaria here to use and buy cannabinoid oil is legal but to produce it and help other people with cancer, seizures and pain relief is illegal i have fear of persecution and today police officers broke to my house and held me in police station for wanted to help other people for free and with diffrent health problems i had planted 3 cannabiol plants in my room they treated me like terrorist and i will be convicted simply for wanting to provide help to people with illnessess that normal and corrupted goverment system don't provide and want too much money for i live in bulgaria and i dont have money to go at any other country to seek refugee

You cannot claim refugee status from Bulgaria. To claim refugee status, you either need to move to another country and then be recognized by UNHCR as a refugee there. Or you need to obtain a TRV (tourist visa) to Canada and claim refugee status when you arrive in Canada.

You have broken the law of your country. In your country Cannabis is identified as an illegal drug. What you have committed is called drug trafficking.
Bulgaria is part of European Union. As such it is a recognized safe country. The only thing will happen, that:
1. You will not be even cleared for travelling
2. if by some mistake you will and you try that refugee claim, you will be sent back within 3 weeks with rejection and rather long ban from Canada and big trouble to get to other countries.

You can't claim refugee status for getting busted for growing and possessing pot. It's an illegal substance in Bulgaria. To claim refugee status you can't be attempting to flee legal prosecution. Since pot is illegal in most countries, I doubt you would be able to convince anyone you are being persecuted.

Sorry but Bulgaria does not differentiate between sub-types of Cannabis. Just for your information Germany also does not differentiate and growing a plant is illegal. As a result you can end up in jail for several years. Same thing in most states of USA.

his case is not refugee because if you pit this case to irb or ircc they will throw it out
