hello, I've earned a Canadian bachelor degree from a Canadian university at their Cairo, Egypt's campus (so, I've never been to Canada before), would that get me an additional 5 points in the Six selection factors (under Adaptability - Your past study in Canada)?

Agree the answer is no. Foreign campuses are often quite different than the Canadian campus and there is also the fact that you haven't already adapted to the Canadian way of life or doing business.
