No need to appear in IELTS again ,I can assure u that it ll be fully acceptable at CHC cuz , as per the rule ur IELTS was expired on 15.1.2010 after ur application reached at NS office (on 8.1.2010), means u applied just under the 1 yr time period, lock in period is ' when application received at CIO, NS and not CHC" , so nothing to worry now. have fun!

no Verification call to me or my employer till 21 April.my all time line is as hunker.
what should i expect?no V calls means that medicals are on the way. or they can call later in this month.

VII. Procedural notes

Lock-in date
The lock-in date will be the date that the application is received at the CIO (occupations on the list) or at the visa office (AEOs, Temporary Foreign Workers and International Students).



DEAR PMM, I have applied under category FSW2 even then I am ok for CHC in terms of IELTS?

Its written in instructions that "....upon submission IELTS must not be older than 1 yeat", therefore "upon submission" means the time when IELTS is submitted. Isn't it ?

U will get medicals request very soon , verification call is not mandatory in every case ( as I guess only less than 20% people are being contacted)
