Hello,
I Am Vishva Bhatt From India, I Was Having Pr Of Canada In 2007 But Then I Shifted To India Due To Family Reasons And I Needed To Stay Out Of Canada For More Than 5 Years, But Now When I want to go cananda for my further studies (after 12th), I applied For Study Permit And Did All The Necessary Process From Paying School Fees, House Rent, Buying Necessary Household items ,Also Booked My Ticket Of 28th August To Go Canada And My Brock University In Which I Got Admission Is Going To Start From 4th September And I Don't Want To Comprise With My Studies But Yesterday A Mail Came To Me From Canadian Embassy Asking To Regain My Pr But I Don't Know If I Will Get It In 20Days Or Not?? And If I Give Up My Pr Can I Again File For It? And If I Give Up My Pr Will I Get My Study Permit Within 20 Days?? (I Applied For Study Permit On 14th June) And If I Get My Study Permit Can I Apply For Pr While The Study Permit Is Applicable?

Plz Help Me As Fast As You Can.

Since you are a PR you don’t qualify for a study permit. You would have to renounce your PR and re-apply for the study permit. The chance of that process happening in 20 days in zero.
Your other choice is to return to Canada (if your PR card hasn’t expired), apply for a PRTD if it has expired or enter from the US (if you have a US visa. Would expect the PRTD to take more than 20 days and will probably be refused due to your RO violation. With the other 2 options, you risk being reported at entry for the RO, but that’s always a hard one to guess.
If you do renounce your PR, there is no impediment to applying again. IMO you might want to consider deleting your start date until you get this sorted out.
