Hello!

I'm Dominican and I want to study in Canada. I don't have so much information and I'm already preparing in languages, but the money worries me and I would like to know, how it's that everything goes if I have to find $ 10,000 dollars once and then work there to continue paying ...

Note: I want to study systems engineering. I would like to apply in 2020, but if the money is a problem I wait more time to have the money.

It sounds like you cannot fund the tuition fees and the 10,000 CAD that the Canadian govt requires you have which applying for the visa. I would suggest you look for some way to fund your education, or look for alternatives. It's impossible to use the part-time income to sustain your living expenses and pay your tuition.
