I didnt use my 1st IEC VISA can i apply for a another 1 without being at home ?

Im from the u.k . I haven't used my first international experience visa because of of a change in travel plans. Im wondering can i get a second one or a chance again at the 1st year. Im currently in Australia on a working visa and would like to go to canada after. Will i have to get a police report again and send off documents ? Do I have to be at home to do this ?

1. You can apply for a 2nd IEC, if you got the LOI and didn't use it, that counts as 1.
2. IEC for UK citizens is closed until next year.
3. You don't have to be in the UK to apply when it opens again, and you will need Police reports from every country where you have resided for 6 months or more.
