hi evryone today cic send me email requesting my passport, 2 pictures and letter stating color of my eyes, and they send me a picture that has no relation with my file, my representative told me that they were supposed to send me appendix A but they didn't so he adviced me to write the information of my passport number and color of eyes on a paper with application number, and im paranoid im thinking maybe they will refuse it and it may cause another delay what do you think ? and what you advice me ?
