I started my application through permanent residency portal or March 2023.
On April 2023, they asked me for biometrics, the letter was wrong so I called them then they fixed it.
Then there was a strike…
Once the strike was over, I was able to do the biometrics and on July 7th they asked for medical exam, which I did yesterday.
Navigating online, I realized I could linked my application through IRCC portal, when I did that I realized there were two letters asking for a document and a police certificate from my home country (which might not be required for everyone). However, those letters were sent on April and the submission dates were due some days ago.
The problem is that I didn’t received those documents and I don’t know what to do, I’m afraid to be rejected for something I was not aware and was not on my side to do since I received other letters but not those ones.
Have you ever had a problem like that?
I’m applying through Quebec skilled workers and I did it in Canada.
