I did some mistakes in forms

Hi Eveveryone,
I send my application on 9th October and received by them on 15th October. I checked photocopies of my documents and found following mistakes
1. the *censored word* column of my husband, daughter and son is left blannk in form IM0008 while below relationship with them is correctly entered.
2. I put India in the visa office selected column intead of New Delhi, India
3. I put dt of birth of my daughter 30.10.2001 intead of 30.03.2001. while in others it is correctly put.

Now please suggest should i give them correct form with a clarification letter.

The initial application is merely for assessment of eligibility or otherwise.
The minor mistakes (like wrong date of birth of a child or visa office name) can be corrected while submitting the full application to your CHC ( ie. ND).

The only thing that can harm you is the blank space.
One month has already passed, now it is better to wait for another month.
BTW What was your mode of payment for processing fee??

I paid by Demand draft dtd. 09.10.2009. I checked with by bank & found that it has not been encashed till date. One thing I would like to mention that below the sex of family member, the relationship of mine is mentioned. By this will they not understood their gender.
