I did not print my fee receipt

Hi, guys,
I got a few questions.
After I done my fee payment, I saw the receipt, but I did not print it out and then just close the website, cos I think it is gonna send to my email. Later, when I checked my email, I did not find the fee receipt on my email. How can I get the receipt now ? Cos I was told CIC need the it. Do I have to pay again to get the receipt?

If you paid with debit/credit card please check your statement. There should be a reference number or code. Call CIC and get the receipt number from them
