Hello.

I am from Egypt and my father has degree in engineering, but the college refuses to issue a sealed copy for evaluation by WES as they say that they only issue sealed and signed certificates for teaching assistants studying abroad. Is there any other way to get a valid evaluation or is there any diplomas or programs my father could apply for that are valid in Canada?
