I couldn't find the Welcome to the pool letter

I have created an express entry profile but I have never received the Job Seeker Validation Code and when I checked my correspondence, I couldn't find the Welcome to the pool letter. I have checked my profile Its completed, and I can see my score. I created the profile a month ago, yet no job seeker validation code.

Thank you so much for your response ,but in the Ontario nomination form its required to add this code. so I need to get it. any idea please ?

I have the same issue. Have sent multiple emails to the webform but no reply.

I withdrew the application and created a new one. And I got my welcome letter immediately, job bank info letter (the code we seek is in here), and another one.
